The North American Prospect Report follows the weekly progress of Flyers prospects playing in the various leagues throughout North America.

Tyler Brown and the Plymouth Whalers were eliminated in the 2nd round of the OHL playoffs this past week. Tyler Brown did not register any points in games 3 and 4. Tye McGinn’s Gatineau Olympique’s came back and won four straight after going down 0-2 to start the series. McGinn recorded an assist in games 3 and 4. He scored a goal and assisted on another in game 5. He did not play in game 6 due to a possible injury. Dave Labrecque and the Shawinigan Cataractes came back to tie their series at 3-3 after going down 0-2 to start. Labrecque was the first star after a 3 point performance (1 goal, 2 assists) in game 3. He also recorded an assist in game 6. He was held pointless in games 4 and 5.
The Greenville Road Warriors tied their series in the second round at 1-1. Marc-Andre Bourdon was held pointless and was a minus in both games. Shane Harper scored a goal and also assisted on another in the game 1 loss. He also scored a goal in game 2. Andrew Rowe was held pointless in game 1, but finished with an assist in their game 2 win.
Nic Riopel got to start game 2 after sitting out game 1. He stopped 21 of 22 shots and won the game in overtime. Adam Morrison’s Saskatoon Blades were swept in the second round, but Morrison did not see any action.
