Friday funnies brought to you straight from hockey’s own players, media personnel, and broadcast botches. We’ll be mucking it up every week right here, examining puck ups, puns, tweets, and more!
I don’t know about you gals and guys, but It’s been so long since I’ve seen I’ve seen a hockey game, I can’t even remember what the game looks like, what the players do, when to cheer, when to jeer, when to jump for joy, when to cry into my beer (which is root beer of course, I don’t drink alcohol… enough).
Anyway, earlier this week, the Yahoo! Sports NHL twitter account reminded us this:
Now there are just 67 games until the season starts and since the Philadelphia Flyers‘ inaugural NHL season was in 1967, I thought it apropos to post this today since I’m sad and I want you all to join me in missing the hockey games.
See you next time where I won’t be so upset, hopefully!
