We raised somewhere between $400-$500 (estimated) for Hurricane Sandy victims during Saturday’s fundraiser. Now, we need to donate the money and I would like those involved in this process in any way to have a say in this matter. Please let us know below where you believe we should donate the money. Today is a difficult day. Nobody will deny that. Tomorrow, we will try to do good to help the victims of Superstorm Sandy by raising some money in a charity ice hockey game. It’s a small gesture but it shows that people do care and want to help. That gesture was furthered today when numerous people mentioned that they wanted to do something to honor the victims of today’s unspeakable tragedy in Connecticut. We will do something. Sarah Baicker had a terrific idea. We should play some ice hockey and raise money for victims of Sandy. Here are the details for the event: What: Two-team ice hockey game fundraiser When: Saturday, 12/15 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Where: Voorhees Flyers Skate Zone Cost: $40 per person More Details There will be two teams.
