Despite all the good which may result from a 5-4 overtime comeback victory over the Washington Capitals last night, what’s this 2013 season if not one for injury misfortunes? On Monday, the Flyers added one more to the pile, reporting that forward Max Talbot suffered a broken left leg and is out indefinitely. Talbot suffered the injury late in the second period after a knee-to-knee collision with a Capitals defender.   Ruslan Fedotenko beat Braden Holtby in overtime to give the Philadelphia Flyers a 5-4 win in front of the home crowd tonight. After Kimmo Timonen tied the game with just under 10 seconds left in regulation, the blue liner set up Fedotenko for the game-winning tally in the extra frame to grab the Flyers two points in the standings. Despite losing three of their last four games, they gained a point in two of them and are currently just four points out of the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
