Game 28 Preview: Philadelphia Flyers @ Detroit Red Wings

Philadelphia Flyers (12-13-2) @ Detroit Red Wings (14-7-7), 8:00pm, NBCSN After suffering an offensively embarrassing loss on Monday and running into problems the team had earlier in the season, the Philadelphia Flyers hope to return to the win column tonight on the road against the Detroit Red Wings. Philly has won two of their last three, but the last two games haven’t been pretty for the Orange and Black, as they’ve failed to create many scoring chances. Hopefully for the Flyers and their faithful a mix of desperation and injuries can lead to two points. The team responded well on …

Fake Hockey Help: Tyler Bozak, the Devils’ defense, Mazanec and Andersen

While the Toronto Maple Leafs have lost four straight games and have failed to win in regulation in their last six, there is one impactful player from the Atlantic Division squad you should pick up for fantasy. Although he is infamous for his work at the dot, Tyler Bozak is a forward you should consider adding to your team. To come out the way they did against the lowly Florida Panthers, is just unacceptable. To need overtime and the shootout to win a game against the Nashville Predators is similarly unacceptable. This team is far too reliant on Ray Emery and Steve Mason to keep games within reach. They can’t …

Game 24 Preview: Philadelphia Flyers @ Tampa Bay Lightning

Philadelphia Flyers (10-11-2) @ Tampa Bay Lightning (15-8-1), 7:30pm, NHL Network/CSN-Philly/SUN Sports The Philadelphia Flyers will look to start another winning streak, and hopefully another lengthy point streak, tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning in Florida. Although the Orange and Black failed to extend both their three-game winning streak and their seven-game point streak against the Florida Panthers on Monday, they have been given a nice opportunity to bounce back against a Lightning squad that will be dealing with two key injuries. On top of the well-known injury to Steven Stamkos, Tampa Bay will be without starting goalie Ben Bishop …
