Missed powerplay opportunities and struggles with puck control were the Flyers’ downfall as they lost to the Florida Panthers on Monday night with a final score of 3-1. Sean Bergenheim had two goals for the Panthers, and Erik Gudbranson was responsible for the third. Wayne Simmonds scored the lone Flyers goal.
