Eight days into April and the Flyers are still looking for their first win of the month after Thomas Vanek scored an overtime goal to give Buffalo a 4-3 win. The Flyers lost their third consecutive game on Saturday when the visiting Sabres won 5-3. Three goals in a span of three minutes and forty seconds in the second period turned a two-goal Flyers lead into a one-goal deficit. Jason Pominville put away the game-winner six minutes and thirty-seven seconds into the final period. The loss drops Philly to 40-18-6 on the season.
