Trenton Update: 12/7-12/13

Although the Trenton Titans lost all three of their games this weekend to extend their losing streak to four, they managed to pick up a pair of points to gain a little ground in the standings. The Titans have only won one of their last seven contents, as their lone victory came in a high-scoring shootout. With seven losses in their last nine games, Trenton hopes a four-game homestand this week starts to point them in a positive direction. Trenton Update: 11/30-12/6

Despite the fact that the Trenton Titans allowed 12 goals in their pair of games this past weekend against the Elmira Jackals — the Ottawa Senators’ affiliate — the Titans managed to split the series at the Sun National Bank Center. Trenton’s record improved to 2-2-0 against the Jackals this season and 8-10-1 for the 2012-2013 campaign. The Titans look to move up in the standings with two contests this weekend in Charleston against the South Carolina Stingrays. Forwards: Jason Akeson and the Kitchener Rangers played a game seven versus Tyler Brown and the Plymouth Whalers earlier this week.
