Trenton Update: 1/11-1/17

The Trenton Titans’ losing streak reached seven games before they pulled off an overtime winner on Wednesday morning against the Reading Royals. The Philadelphia Flyers’ affiliate only grabbed one point over the 0-6-1 stretch, as their last two wins have come in overtime against the Royals at Sun National Bank Center. The Titans will be in New York tonight before they travel home to host a pair of games against the leaders of the North Division. Trenton Update: 12/14-12/20

The Trenton Titans started to climb out of the ECHL’s Eastern Conference cellar this week by winning three of their four contests. In addition to the six points they gained in their three victories, the Titans earned a point in their only loss this week, which came in an overtime defeat at home. Trenton also showcased their offensive abilities by scoring 18 goals over the four-game span, as they potted at least four goals in each tilt. Trenton Update: 10/19-10/25

The Trenton Titans suffered their first loss of the season last weekend, but they’re still ranked near the top of the ECHL standings early in the season. The Titans were able to start off the season 4-0-0 before they recorded their first loss in Cincinnati on Saturday night. Trenton hopes a pair of home games against the Toledo Walleye this weekend will allow them to gain ground in the division, conference, and league. On Friday night, the Titans walked into the Ford Center and left with a 4-3 victory over the Evansville IceMen, an affiliate for both the St. Louis Blues and Columbus Blue Jackets. Luke Pither’s …

Minor League Update: 3/26-4/1

With six games remaining in their schedule, the Phantoms did enough this week to stay within striking distance of the eigth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Four points behind the Manchester Monarchs (Los Angeles Kings’ AHL affiliate) with a game in hand, Adirondack has a chance to gain the final spot for the postseason, which will surely result in being swept by the Norfolk Admirals (Tampa Bay Lightning’s AHL affiliate). Minor League Update: 2/20-2/26

The Phantoms lost their first game of the week, but won their last two to win back-to-back games for the first time since the middle of January. With their shootout win and one-goal victory, the Phantoms are looking for their first three-game winning streak since early December. Although they are 13th in the Eastern Conference, the Phantoms, who have two road games and one game in Adirondack over the next few days, are five points out of eighth place.
