Then and Now: Darroll Powe

Darroll Powe endured four years at Princeton University, where he was an alternate captain in 2005-2006 and the team’s captain in 2006-2007, before he signed an AHL contract with the Philadelphia Phantoms in March of 2007. Over the last two weeks, that’s exactly what the Titans have done to move from the bottom of the conference to seventh in the East. Hopefully Trenton can keep the momentum going this weekend, as they take part in a home-and-home with the dreaded Reading …

Future Flyers Report: 12/24

Marcel Noebels was picked 118th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the fourth round of the 2011 NHL Draft and holds the distinction of being the only German forward Philly has ever drafted, as Dennis Seidenberg is the franchise’s only German blue liner ever selected when he went in the sixth round back in 2001. After he completed his second straight 50-point season in the Western Hockey League of Canadian juniors last year, Noebels joined the Trenton Titans at the start of this year and is currently one of the youngest players on the team. In his first season as a professional, Noebels is …
