College hockey is thriving in Rhode Island ; Jordon Cooke has been stellar for Kelowna

When most people think of college hockey in New England they automatically think of Boston College, Boston University, Maine and Vermont among others. However, the Ocean State this year has two quality college teams playing at a high level. The Providence College Friars are the No.3 team in the country, after an overtime win and tie over then No.3 Miami of Ohio Red Hawks. Providence is 4-0-1 on the year. 2013 Draft Eligibles: Ian McCoshen is the latest of great players coming out of the USHL

The United States Hockey League was established as the American Amateur Hockey League in 1947 and began play for the 1947-48 seasons. The AAHL was then renamed the Central Hockey League for the 1952-53 season. After a year as the Central Hockey League the league was renamed the Minnesota Hockey League and would be called this for the 1953-54 and 1954-55 seasons. 2013 NHL Entry Draft: Updated (5/31) Mock Draft Two

There have been some changes from the time my last mock draft posted until now. The players who rose the most were Nikita Zadorov (London Knights; OHL) and Robert Hagg (Modo; Swedish Elite League). Hunter Shinkaruk (Medicine Hat Tigers; WHL) and Steven Santini (US U-18; USHL) were the biggest fallers in the first round.
