The Phantoms had another strong week, as they recorded a pair of wins to extend their winning streak to four games before they lost yesterday. Although the winning streak snapped, the Phantoms still have their winning streak on the road intact, a place they have struggled all season long. Adirondack will see if they can extend that winning streak to four games this week, as they hit the road after a pair of home contests. The Future Flyers Weekly Report follows the weekly progress of Flyers prospects. Forwards: Marcel Noebels finally broke out offensively , scoring four goals and assisting on two in three games with Portland. Nick Cousins added four more points (2g, 2a) to his totals last week which moved him up to 7th overall in the OHL scoring race. The Future Flyers Weekly Report follows the weekly progress of Flyers prospects. Brendan Ranford moved up from 13th to 10th in WHL scoring after another strong weekly performance. The Adirondack Phantoms may have lost two of their three games this week, but their lone win will be their most memorable victory all season long. After yet another loss to the Binghamton Senators (the Ottawa Senators’ AHL affiliate), the Phantoms split a home-and-home with the Hershey Bears (the Washington Capitals’ AHL affiliate) providing a dramatic win that took place at the AHL’s outdoor game on Friday.
