Cal Heeter will miss Sunday’s Trenton game against the Elmira Jackals, and almost certainly more than that after the ECHL handed down a suspension and undisclosed fine for his actions during Saturday’s game against the Wheeling Nailers. Heeter fired a puck over the glass and into the crowd following a Wheeling goal in the early stages of the third period, drawing a game misconduct. Scott Wedgewood was forced to finish the remainder of a 3-2 Nailers victory.
